Being Here and Not There

I just realized that Zi Xuan was offline and I didn't realize that at first because I was APPEARING offline. Okay. Just appeared online again. I see Ashlee, but wait, shouldn't she be out today? That's strange.

So I made some discoveries lately.

Number One:
I can't stop reading the stories on Fan Fiction. Darn Zi Xuan for getting me hooked.

Number Two:
Author, My Hopeless Romantic, hasn't updated for at least a month now. Sighs.

Number Three:
My favourite song from Mika's album besides Blame It On The Girls is Dr John.

Number Four:
Satellite Heart by Anya Marina and New Moon (The Meadow) by Alexandre Desplat are pretty interesting songs in the New Moon album.

Which reminds me that I have to play the piano. I haven't been practising for a long time now. Speaking of which, I have to go now. Tuition homework hollering for me. It's practically the bottom of the black hole.

Good Gone Girl

I am back from Hong Kong. I know. FINALLY. Haha. I didn't have the greatest time there and I hated the place. You could smell cigarette smoke everywhere on the streets. I am not joking. I didn't buy much as well. Just two CDs and a shirt. Lame. I know. I actually bought New Moon's album. Say whatever you want. I love the songs in the movie so I bought it. My personal favourite is Possibility by Lykke Li. You remember that scene after Edward left Bella and she sits there by here window like a woman from a nut house just staring and staring? Yeah, it's the song that was played during that scene. I like it. I guess my genre of music is indie. The other album I bought was Mika's The Boy Who Knew Too Much. Mika's awesome! I like his name too. I like the way his music videos are taken. Very unique. Just like himself.

Ahh, I'm so glad that I'm off the plane. That flying thing is like a taboo to me. The smell, the turbulence and all, they're all unbearable. I watched quite some shows on the plane though. There was Up, Julie & Julia and a little bit of (500) days of summer. They keep making bloody announcements when I was watching (500) days of summer. Honestly, Summer and Tom actually look good together. they just... click, you get it?

There's this gap between my teeth and the gum is lowering so I keep feeling it. It's disgusting. I need to see the dentist probably this weekend or something. I think I'll have to wear braces. My dentist have me urging me to do it for years. Now with this gum problem, braces are probably the only way to deal with it. URGH. But I absolutely hate the idea of braces. I'll look hideous. I can hear people calling me metal mouth already. I'll never be able to speak anymore. I'll end up as this hermit in the library all the time. Wait, scratch that. I hate the library. They kicked me out so you know what? Screw them. The librarians can all get sucked in the black hole and get torn into pieces for all I freaking care. There, I said it.

After watching Julie & Julia I think I want to buy Julia Child's book. Mastering The Art of French Cooking. I have this sudden impulse of cooking. My mum might have a fascination with baking but I'm talking about cooking here. I'm talking meat loaf, pie and stuff turkey. I also have a particular attraction towards Julia Child's Beef Bourguignon. I know I can't eat beef but that doesn't mean I can't cook it right? Now, I'm hungry. I've been eating so much lately. I'm practically a hooligan.

P.S: Why the heck am I the only one I know who's been saying that New Moon is good? URGH.

As Annoying As I Am

So i'm leaving tomorrow! Don't miss me! Haha. Just joking. I know none of you will. Will be back on Monday. Went out to One Utama with Ashlee and Zi Xuan today and watched New Moon. The movie was pretty awesome. Better than the last one. I want more Edward scenes though. Bella's such a slut. Yeah, you heard me. She's a slut. Cameron Bright had such a small role but I won't forget what he said "Sister! We sent you out to get one and you came back with two and a half!" or at least something like that. There's also this other vampire that was alongside Felix when they took Edward to the Volturi. He's not bad. I like it when he passed by the humans one of the wives brought back as food and said "Save some for me." New Moon has an awesome compilation of songs too. You can't help but notice.

Okay. Enough fan girl talk.

Anyway, had a great time out. Tried out some pretty ill fitting clothes in Forever 21, checked out other stores, ate at A&W and camwhored in MPH. I swear that MPH is the best place you can camwhore.

I'm Not Crazy, I'm Just A Little Unwell

I like this poster and I don't freaking care that it's Kristen Stewart in it. She can suck in some other part of the world for all I care. I'd decided that I should put up this poster instead of the one with Robert Pattinson in it because I don't want to risk people starting to comment about my obsession with him. I don't freaking care. So this poster it is. It looks like she's decided to die. Joy, oh, joy! But, apparently it's just her walking into some clouds. Hmm. Sad.



I'm really looking forward to the Volturi in New Moon. I can't believe that I'm even excited for New Moon. I mean, I hated the book because of Jacob, Jacob, Jacob. HYUCK. I mean, seriously! I'm sorry if I offend you or anything but I just think that I have to voice out my opinion. Anyway, enough with all the talk about hate. I'm sure Dakota Fanning's going to do a great job acting as Jane Volturi.

Cameron Bright as Alec Volturi. I look forward to it honestly. The only movie I have seen him act in was Birth alongside with Nicole Kidman which was really sick. And not in a good way. Perhaps this show can make me change my opinions. I mean, opinions can never be constant right? And he's grown up pretty well I think. Looking good. Haha. I have no idea why but I always find villains appealing.

AHHH. I think I'm watching it on Thursday with Ashlee and Zi Xuan. If they don't back out last minute, that is. Thursday is the first day it's out in Malaysia! Yay! I can't wait! But if the tickets get sold out or anything, which I really hope they don't, we'll probably watch The Christmas Carol or something. That'll be really cool too with all the 3D and such. People have been saying that it's really good.

13 Reasons Why

I finished this book within six hours on a Saturday night. It was beautiful. I still can't believe that I found the book in Popular after searching for it in MPH first but they didn't have it.

The book's about this girl called Hannah Baker who commited suicide one day and sent out seven tapes in a shoes box for 13 people in total. This 13 people are part of the reason why she decided to take her life and the tapes reveals some part of these people which no one ever knew. The story's written in the point of view of Clay Jensen who just received the package from the person before him. He loved her.

I had the strangest feeling ever when I read this book. I think the word for it is intense. It's like Hannah Baker had so much anger in her and everything that dejected her was the after effect of the smallest acts of other people. It's just so sad. Someone posted the recordings of hers on Youtube. Probably some fan but I'm going to listen to them now. Hopefully it's not gonna be too creepy. Haha. This book's definitely worthwhile.

So, I'm obsessed with Hana Yori Dango again. Not only that, I've been very facinated by photography AGAIN. It's like I'm reliving my childhood or something really. Speaking of photography, I would KILL you if you don't agree that Teen Vogue don't print out the best pictures ever taken in this world. I have some of my favourites down there. If you read Teen Vogue, you would have actually realized that the pictures I stick up my board are actually from there. Haha.

Computer crashed three times in a row just now. I can never figure out what exactly the problem is. GAH! I had to uninstall Windows Live Messenger. I suspect it's the source of all problems.

Anyways, yesterday was the last day of school. People were emotional and such. Hugging everywhere in the school compound. I didn't do the screaming thing though when the school let us out. ZX reminded me that I actually did it last year.

My first Charles and Keith shoes ever! I love them so much. I thought it was 50% off at first but apparently eveything on the rack it was placed on was nett priced. Darn them. But my mum got them for me anyway. They are so beautiful! Maybe I'll give EACH of them a name...

The nail polish I tried using to paint my nails last night. I was so terrible at it, my nails are all dirty now and my mum couldn't even stand seeing me do it anymore and did it for me.

Even though she did them quite well, I ruined them by typing on the keyboard, all thanks to the conversation with yA, Rachel and ZX. Bah.

Woke up late in the morning and 30 minutes before piano class, I tried removing it, but it looked so dirty. I had no choice but to go to class with maroon fingers. My teacher looked so worried bout the piano. Haha.

Got home and my maid helped me clean my nails. They look so much better now. She's awesome at these sort of stuff. Gonna try asking her to help me paint my nails after I shower later. She might say no after all the hard work of cleaning them earlier. Hah.

I've decided to wear my Charles and Keith to tuition tonight, unless it rains of course. Oh crap. Speaking of tuition, I have to do the homework. Urgh. School's over but the days are still so hectic. It's just not fair.

OH NO! GAH! I JUST REMEMBERED I HAVE TO FINISH OFF THE LAST CHAPTER OF THE STORY WRITTEN BY ZX AND I. Bah! I have to start now I guess.
